1. General Refund Rule

All tickets purchased through TicketK.co are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless explicitly stated otherwise under the conditions below or as required by applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

2. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the event organizer:

Customers will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket face value.

Service fees, payment gateway charges, and administrative fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, subject to the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Refund decisions are determined by the event organizer, and TicketK.co acts solely as a ticketing intermediary.

 

3. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled:

Tickets will generally remain valid for the new date.

Refund eligibility, if any, is determined solely by the event organizer.

TicketK.co will notify ticket holders of any updates via email or platform notification.

 

4. Event Changes

The following do not qualify for a refund:

Changes in performers, speakers, or line-up

Schedule adjustments or program modifications

Seating or venue layout changes

Such changes are considered part of the event experience.

 

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Purchases

Refund requests for accidental or duplicate purchases may be considered only if:

The request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase

The event has not yet occurred

The ticket has not been used, transferred, or scanned

Approval is subject to review and discretion of TicketK.co and/or the event organizer.

 

6. Denied Entry or No-Show

No refunds will be issued in cases of:

Late arrival or failure to attend the event

Failure to comply with event rules, age restrictions, or security requirements

Lost, stolen, damaged, or altered tickets

Removal or refusal of entry due to inappropriate behavior

 

7. Force Majeure

TicketK.co is not liable for refunds arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Governmental orders or restrictions

Public health emergencies

Security incidents

Refund decisions in such cases remain at the discretion of the event organizer.



8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior contact with TicketK.co may result in:

Suspension or termination of the user account

Invalidated tickets

Delays or denial of future services

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact TicketK.co customer support before raising a payment dispute.



9. Refund Requests & Payment Method

To request a refund where eligible:

Include: order number, event name, ticket holder name, and reason for request

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (including MADA, Apple Pay, credit/debit cards, or other supported methods).

 

10. Language & Interpretation

This policy is published in English.
In case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
An Arabic version may be provided upon request.

 

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
